Tech support is as important as the reservation system itself. RVTripsetter provides tech support in a number of ways. Online support material can be accessed via our Training page. (Follow the link on the navigation menu on the left of your browser.) Toll free support is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday. Training is also available through our Partner Services Department and is essential for the success of campground and your staff in achieving goals. Whether it is at the front desk or in the accounting room, your staff must know how to get the most from your software investment.
Note that international clients require Internet access and an email connection in order to benefit our full range of technical support and maintenance offerings. International customers installing purchasing any new RVTripsetter Software product are also entitled to free technical support for 30 days after installation, up to a limit of 5 hours.
Clients outside the continental USA and Canada must call Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and advise the receptionist they are new clients calling from outside North America who require assistance from our technical support team. This will ensure priority service. Note that we are unable to return calls originating outside North America.
We recommend that you subscribe to our International Key Service to maintain enhanced support services.
